Romane I is a very large room on the top floor of the Renaissance wing of the Chateau that looks out onto our private courtyard through two small little square windows. It is illuminated by a large velux window that brings fresh cool air in the mornings.
Under the old original beams of the Chateau, it is a very charming and romantic room, that is often chosen by couples, for the tender intimacy of love with a view of the heavens, surrounded by the gentle cream hue of original stonework.
It sports a very large bathroom, with a bath, shower, two sinks, and wc. In the place of a window, the bathroom has a small arched opening decorated with cast iron, that is known in French as a « grille coquine », to allow the mischievous to see.
