This room is named after one of the previous owners of the Chateau, who contributed tastefully to restoring the Chateau to it’s former glory over a period of thirty years.
It is a stunning room of majestic proportions with a beautiful view over the red rustic roof tops of the village, and the adjacent hills of the French countryside. Louise Tassy is very cool in the summer, as it is situated at the rear of the wing, in the original medieval structure. As such, it benefits from original stone walls that are over half a metre in width, providing shade and comfort in the warm summer months. The natural stone walls on the interiors are pale in colour that warm beautifully to reflect the golden hues of the Languedoc dawn and dusk. Under its original high ceilings, a wrought-iron hand-crafted four poster bed is draped in while voile curtains, that set the tone for a very elegant and romantic stay.
